HOW TO UPDATE SIS Mobile App || School Infra Status mobile app
1. Download the School Infra Status (SIS) app from below link .
2. You need to login after downloading.
User ID Your dice code. Password: The password you set for Udais. Like the user ID. Login with passwords.
3. First the basic details of your school will appear. There is no possibility to edit them.
Below this are 7 buttons.
1) Rooms
ii) Toilets
iii) Drinking water
iv) Kitchen shed
v) Compound wall
vi) Geo fencing
vii) Compound view video
If you select rooms first
Classrooms, Headmaster room, staff room, other rooms come with options. If we select the classrooms first, the details will come according to the details we filled in the dice. First select the class and take 8 photos related to that class (east wall, west wall, north wall, south wall, ceiling, flooring, inner view, outer view) and submit.
If there are so many classrooms like this, all the classrooms have to take 8 photos each and submit them. Photos related to headmaster room, staff room, other rooms should also be uploaded in the same manner.

4. If we select the toilets later, the number of toilets will be displayed according to the details we have filled in the dice.
You need to upload 4 photos related to this i.e. front view, inner view, flooring, ceiling.
5. Upload 2 photos related to the next drinking water.
6. Then you have to upload 2 photos of front view and inner view of the kitchen shed.
7. Upload 4 photos related to compound wall i.e. 2 photos related to front view, inner view.
8. Then click on the GEO fensing button and the buttons for all 10 coordinates will appear. Finding 10 points that cover the entire school compound and circling around the compound and clicking at each coordinate is like putting geo fencing to your school. It can be submitted with the option of map view if you think it is correct
9. Then you have to make two videos in compound view video. Each should be 20 seconds long. The first is to cover the entire compound from outside the school. Another is to pull and upload a video from inside the compound covering the entire school.
This is like filling your school details completely in the SIS app.
