How to Fill Online Application for Temporary Deputation under G.O.Ms.No.190 Telangana Teachers
Government of Telangana has released an online application for temporary deputation of teachers as per G.O.Ms.No.190, School Education Department. Teachers working under Government, ZPP, and MPP Schools can apply through the official website of the Commissioner and Director of School Education.
🧾 Step-by-Step Procedure to Fill the Online Application
Step 1: Visit the Official Website
- Go to the official Telangana School Education portal:
- Enter Your Employee ID Number and submit
- Click on the link titled “Application for Deputation as per G.O.Ms.No.190”.
- The online application form will open in a new page.
Step 2: Fill Employee Basic Details
- Employee ID: Enter your Employee ID or Employee code.
- Name: Enter your full name as per service book.
- Present Working District & Mandal: Choose from dropdown menus.
- School Code & Name: Enter the UDISE or school code and full name.
- Designation: Select your post (SGT / SA / TGT etc.).
- Management: Choose Government / ZPP / MPP Schools.
- Date of Birth, Caste, Gender: Fill correctly as per records.
- Date of First Appointment: Enter the joining date in service.
- Date of Joining Present Cadre and School: Mention accordingly.
- No. of Teachers in Subject: Mention how many teachers of your subject are in your school.
- Year of DSC: Select recruitment year.
- DSC Rank: Enter your rank number.
- First Appointed As: Choose your initial designation.
- PHC: Select Yes or No as per your category.
Step 3: Fill Details Prior to G.O. 317 Allocation
Enter your details before G.O. 317 allocations (before December 2021):
- Erstwhile District/Zone: Select your old district or zone.
- Working District, Mandal, School Name: Fill as per old posting.
- Designation: Mention your post before G.O. 317.
- First Preference in Allocation: Select Yes or No.
Step 4: Fill Details as per G.O. 317 Allocation
- Name of Allotted Local Cadre: Select your allotted cadre (District/Zone).
- Place of Working Changed after Allocation: Choose Yes/No.
- Mutual/Spouse Transfer: Select Yes/No if applicable.
- Transferred on Appeal: Mention if transferred on seniority/medical/widow grounds.
- Own Request Transfer after G.O. 317: Choose Yes/No.
- Promotion after Allocation: Select Yes/No.
- Disciplinary Proceedings: Choose Yes/No carefully.
Step 5: Declaration and Submission
Read the declaration carefully and tick the checkbox:
“I agree to abide by the rules and regulations stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.190 dated 16.09.2025. I declare that the information provided is true and correct.”
Then click the Submit button.
Step 6: Confirmation and Print
- After submission, note down your acknowledgment or application number.
- Take a printout or download a PDF copy for your records.
