How to create Data Operators and Data Approver in PFMS

PFMS నందుడేటా ఆపరేటర్‌లను ఎలా సృష్టించాలి మరియుడేటా ఆమోదించే వ్యక్తిని ఎలా సృష్టించాలి

✍️HOW TO CREATE DATA OPERATOR

 Step No. 1: Login as Agency Administrator at "https://pfms.nic.in"

 Step No. 2: Go to "Masters"

Step No. 3: Go to "Users"

 Step No. 4: Click on "Add New"

 Step No. 5: Select the Type of User as "Agency Data Operator" and fill the other fields.

 Step No. 6: Click on "Submit".

 Note:

The Username and Password will be sent at the e-mail id provided atthe time of registration.

1️⃣SMC level Data Operator (Maker): Head Master

2️⃣CRC level Data Operator (Maker): Secretary

3️⃣MRC level Data Operator (Maker): MIS Coordinator

4️⃣KGBV/URS level Data Operator (Maker): Accountant

5️⃣GIRLS HOSTEL level Data Operator (Maker): Care Taker

SteP No. 1 : Login as Agency Administrator at "https://pfms.nic.in"

SteP No. 2 : Go to "Masters"

SteP No. 3 : Go to "Users"

SteP No. 4 : Click on "Add New"

Step No. 5 : Select the Type of User as "Agency Data Approver"

 Step No. 6 : Select the Level of Approver as "Level_1" and fill the other fields.

Step No. 7: Click on "Submit"

 Note

 The Username and Password will be sent at the e-mail id provided at the time of registration.

1️⃣SMC level Data Approver (checker): SMC Chairman

2️⃣CRC level Data Approver (checker): Complex HM

3️⃣MRC level Data Approver (checker): MEO

4️⃣KGBV/URS level Data Approver (checker): Special officer

5️⃣GIRLS HOSTEL level Data Approver (checker): Special officer
