New DA option inserted in ifmis site check and approve before preparing salary bill

Option ఇవ్వబడినది
👉ముందుగా
👉HR సెక్షన్ లోని
👉DA enhancement వద్ద
👉DA employee వారీగా approve చేయాలి
👉అందరి DA అప్రూవ్ చేసిన తర్వాత
👉Bill section లో బిల్ ప్రిపేర్ చేసుకోవచ్చు
📌How to prepare Salary Bill with New DA
👉DDO should Login into IFMIS Site
👉Click on Modules you will get All kind of section
👉Click on 'HR Section' and click on left side Menu Bar
👉Click on 'DA enhancement' Tab
🔷Select scale type (state scales)
🔷Select PRC (2020)
🔷Select Bill ID (As mentioned)
you will get all Employees data check all employees details
👉click on Approve all and the New DA will be added in all employees salary
👉click on Modules section and select Bill section
👉now proceed routine salary bill preparation process and complete the process take print and submit it to treasury office
