100% vaccination of all teaching and non-teaching staff

In order to control the possibility of covid infections, apart from the usual covid

appropriate protocols which have to be followed, the following directions are issued for

100% vaccination of staff members and students above the age of 18 years in all

educational institutions in the state (both government and private)

i. Teaching and non-teaching staff of all          educational institutions in the state

shall be 100% vaccinated. 

ii. All students above the age of 18 years shall         also be vaccinated.

iii. Each educational institution where all staff       and students aged 18 years and

above age have been vaccinated shall be declared as 100% covid

vaccinated by the head of the institution.

iv. All 100% vaccinated institutions shall display a banner to that effect in a

prominent location in the institution. A small function may be held in the

educational institution to mark the event.

v. The headmaster/principal/heads of educational institution concerned shall

coordinate with local PHC Medical Officer to ensure 100% vaccination of

their staff and eligible students.

vi. Collectors shall ensure that all staff and eligible students in educational

institutions in their districts are 100% vaccinated as per above instructions

by 10th September 2021.

vii. The respective Heads of Departments shall closely review progress in the

matter through their district heads and compile daily progress report in

format at Annexure.
