The High Court has imposed stay on the order issued by the government to start schools in Telangana tomorrow. The court heard a petition filed against the direct teaching of corona in the background .. imposed a stay on the opening of schools for a week. The court did not want to force students to come for direct teaching .. Do not open hostels in gurukuls and educational institutions. Do not take action against students who do not attend live classes.

The state high court has issued interim orders on direct teaching in Telangana educational institutions.  Ordered not to force students to attend live instruction strictly.  It clarified that no action should be taken against students who do not attend classes.  Gurukuls, on the other hand, have been directed by the High Court not to start direct teaching in hostels.  Gurukuls have made it clear that hostels should not be opened now.  A public interest litigation was recently filed in the High Court seeking quashing of orders issued by the state government to start schools from September 1.  The petition was filed by M. Balakrishna of Hyderabad.

He expressed concern that the orders were issued without any scientific basis.  The apex court hearing the case filed by Balakrishna has issued interim orders on direct instruction.  The High Court has made it clear that online and direct teaching can be decided by educational institutions.  The Department of Education has been instructed to issue guidelines within a week to schools conducting direct teaching.  Suggested campaigning on guidelines to be followed by schools.  The apex court has ordered a report on facilities in gurukuls and hostels.

♻️Government should coordinate and see ..

The High Court commented that there are conflicting advantages and disadvantages over direct teaching. Covid caeses intensity is still going on in the state.  In September-October, covid warned of a third phase of threats.  The apex court was of the view that the state government should coordinate the two.  The court adjourned the case till October 4.
