Telangana Samagra Shiksha Conduct of Prof. Jayashankar Badi Bata 2023 schedule Released
🔷Certain instructions released for implementation of Badi Baata Programme for the year 2023-24 for the enrollment of school age children - From 03.06.2023 to 17.06.2023
🔷All responsible authorities are informed that Special enrollment drive in the name of "Prof.Jayashankar Badi Bata" is scheduled to be taken up in all the Schools in the State from 03.06.2023 to 17.06.2023 to enroll all the school age children in Schools.
The objectives of the Programme are as follows:
👉Identification of all the school age children in all the habitations and enroll them in the nearest schools.
👉Increasing the enrollment in Government Schools and to provide quality education. with the support of community
👉Strengthening of Government Schools participation (community support)
👉 Identification of 5 years old children from the nearby Anganwadi Centers and join them in the Government Schools.
👉Updating Village Education Register (VER).
👉Enrolling children who have completed 5th class in Upper Primary School / High
👉Identifying schools with low enrollment and prepare a special plan to increase School and enrollment of children who have completed 7th 8th class in High School (Plan to ensure 100% transition of children.)

👉To identify out of school children and enroll them in the relevant class according to their age
👉They are further informed that the programme has to be taken up as mentioned
below and the detailed guidelines for conduct of these activities is enclosed as Annexure.

👉Conduct of preparatory activities at District, Mandal and at School Level by 01.06.2023 as per annexurefor preparation of action plan, making necessary arrangements etc.
👉 Enrollment drive from 03.06.2023 to 09.06.2023 in al the Villages/Habitations.
👉Conduct of day wise activities at School Level from 12.06.2023 to 17.06.2023.
🔷In this context, they are informed that the HMS of Schools are permitted to meet the expenditure towards preparation of banner and pamphlets at School Level for Badi Bata Programmefrom the School Grant of respective Schools. Further, 3 top Districts and 10 top Schools in the State which implement the programme successfully and more number of children are enrolled under Badi Bata in the respective Districts / Schools will be felicitated by Government.
🔷Therefore, they are requested to issue necessary instructions to field functionaries in the District to conduct the programme as per schedule duly following guidelines and take all necessary measures for successful conduct of the Programme.

కార్యక్రమ లక్ష్యాలు:
👉బడి ఈడు పిల్లల గుర్తింపు- సమీప పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేయడం
👉ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు పెంచడం మరియు గుణాత్మక విద్యను అందించడం
👉సమాజ భాగస్వామ్యం, మద్దతుతో ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలను బలోపేతం చేయడం
👉అంగన్వాడీ కేంద్రాలలో 5+ పిల్లలను గుర్తించి సమీప పాఠశాలలో నమోదు చేయించడం
👉విలేజ్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ రిజిస్టర్ అప్డేట్ చేసుకోవడం
👉5వ తరగతి/7వ తరగతి పూర్తి చేసిన విద్యార్థులను ఉన్నత తరగతుల్లో నమోదు చేయించడం(100% బదిలీ-నమోదు)
👉తక్కువ విద్యార్థుల నమోదు ఉన్న పాఠశాలలో ప్రత్యేక ప్రణాళిక ద్వారా తల్లిదండ్రుల భాగస్వామ్యంతో నమోదు పెంచడం
👉బడిబయటి పిల్లలను గుర్తించి వారి వయస్సుకు తగిన తరగతిలో నమోదు చేయడం
👉బాలికా విద్య యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యత పై ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధ వహించి బాలికలు అందరినీ పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేయించాలి

**సన్నాహక సమావేశం నిర్వహించుకోవాలి*
**కార్యక్రమ ప్రణాళిక తయారు చేసుకోవాలి*
**బడిబాట నిర్వహణకు అవసరమైన కరపత్రాలు, బ్యానర్ తదితర ఏర్పాట్లు చేసుకోవాలి*
💥 *3వ తేదీ నుండి 9వ తేదీ వరకు అన్ని గ్రామాలు/ఆవాస ప్రాంతాలలో ప్రత్యేక నమోదు కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించాలి*
💥 *12వ తేదీ నుండి 17వ తేదీ వరకు నిర్ధారించిన రోజూవారీ కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి*
ఈ కార్యక్రమాల నిర్వహణకు ఆర్ధిక వనరులను పాఠశాల నిధుల నుండి ఖర్చు చేయాలి.
బడిబాట విజయవంతంగా నిర్వహించి అధికంగా విద్యార్థులను నమోదు చేసిన పాఠశాలలను జిల్లాస్థాయిలో 3, రాష్ట్రస్థాయిలో 10 పాఠశాలలను ఎంపిక చేసి సన్మానించడం జరుగుతుంది.

👉జూన్ 1వ తేదీన పాఠశాల స్థాయిలో ప్రజాప్రతినిధులతో, సంబంధిత విభాగాలతో సమన్వయ సమావేశం నిర్వహించి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక తయారు చేసుకోవాలి
👉 *గ్రామసభ:* జూన్ 1వ తేదీనే SMC సభ్యులు, తల్లిదండ్రులు, అంగన్వాడీ కార్యకర్తలు, స్వయంసహాయక సంఘాలు, ఆశ కార్యయకర్తలతో సర్పంచ్ అధ్యక్షతన గ్రామసభ నిర్వహించి బడిబాట లక్ష్యాలను సాధించడానికి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక రూపొందించుకోవాలి.
👉పాఠశాల స్థాయి రోజూవారీ కార్యాచరణ రూపొందించుకోవాలి
3వ తేదీ నుండి 9వ తేదీ వరకు విద్యార్థుల నమోదు కార్యక్రమం (ఉదయం 7గం. నుండి 11 గం. వరకు) ఈక్రింద సూచించిన కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించాలి
💥A)డోర్ టు డోర్ ప్రచార కార్యక్రమాలు: గ్రామం/సమాజం లోని ప్రతి ఒక్కరికి తెలిసే విధంగా ప్రతిరోజూ ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయులు, ఉపాధ్యాయులు, SMC సభ్యులతో ర్యాలీలు, బ్యానర్లు, పోస్టర్లు, కరపత్రాల పంపిణీ ద్వారా డోర్ టు డోర్ ప్రచార కార్యక్రమం నిర్వహించాలి.
💥B)మనఊరు-మనబడి, ఇంగ్లీష్ మీడియం, FLN తడితరాలైన రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ పథకాల పట్ల తల్లిదండ్రులు, సమాజంలో చైతన్యం కలిగించి విద్యార్థులను ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలల్లో చేర్పించే విధంగా ప్రోత్సహించాలి.
💥C)అంగన్వాడీ కేంద్రాలలో అర్హత కలిగిన పిల్లలను పాఠశాలల్లో 1వ తరగతిలో చేర్పించే విధంగా అంగన్వాడీ వారితో సమన్వయం చేసుకోవాలి.
💥D) బాడీఈడు పిల్లలు, బడి మానివేసిన, లాంగ్ ఆబ్సెంటీలను స్వయం సహాయక సంఘాల వారి సహాయంతో గుర్తించి వారిని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలో నమోదు చేయడానికి కార్యాచరణ ప్రణాళిక తయారుచేసి అమలు చేయాలి.
💥E) CWSN పిల్లలను గుర్తించి వారిని ప్రభుత్వ పాఠశాలలు/భవిత కేంద్రాలలో నమోదు చేయించాలి.
💥F)5+ నుండి 14 సం. బడిబయటి పిల్లలను గుర్తించి (లిస్ట్ ప్రిపేర్ చేసుకోవాలి) పాఠశాలల్లో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
💥G) బాలకార్మికులను గుర్తించి పాఠశాలలో నమోదు చేసుకోవాలి.
💥H) సమీప UP/HS పాఠశాలల ప్రధానోపాధ్యాయలకు 5వ/7వ తరగతి పిల్లల బదిలీ నమోదు పై సమాచారం అందించాలి.
💥I)బడిబాట కార్యక్రమంలో తల్లిదండ్రుల, ప్రజాప్రతినిధుల భాగస్వామ్యం ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి
💥J) గ్రామవిద్య రిజిస్టర్ ను నవీకరణ చేసుకోవాలి.
💥K) పిల్లల్లో పాఠశాల మరియు విద్య పట్ల ఆసక్తి కలిగేలా సంసిద్ధతా కార్యక్రమాలు నిర్వహించుకోవాలి.
ఇవీ 9వ తేదీ వరకు పాఠశాలల్లో బడిబాట కార్యక్రమంలో నిర్వహించుకునే కార్యక్రమాలు.
