All the Headmasters /Principals are instructed to upload the Internal Marks (FA marks) of Regular, OSSC candidates and SSC Vocational Practical Marks to this office from 23-02-2024 to 02-03-2024 by login into their School Id.
Further, the information about the CONFIRMED BUTTON will be intimated before closing the uploading schedule. The uploaded FA Marks list (Confirmed list) and committee verified list will be submitted to the DEO's office from 04-03-2024 to 06-03-2024 and the same list may be submitted to the Office of the Director of Government Examinations, TS, Hyderabad 11-03-2024 to 12-03-2024 In this connection, all the DEOs in the state are hereby informed that certain Guidelines,
Duties of Dy. EOs / M.E.Os and DEOs were already communicated vide reference 2nd cited andwere requested to follow the same before feeding of FA Marks.
All the DEOs are requested to ensure that the uploaded FA Marks list (PDF Confirmed list)submitted by Headmasters / Principals of all recognised schools in their office are verified and attested by the Headmaster /Principal and Dy.E.Os/M.E.Os concerned and also signatures of the students in the PDF confirmed list.
1. Issue instructions to all the Dy.EOs /MEOs, that the Headmaster / Principal had uploaded
correct Internal marks of each student as per record sheet certified by the verification team
.2. Verify whether each student has Signed Internal Marks checklist before attestation by the
Dy.EOs/MEOs.
3. Verify whether the Headmaster / Principal have signed /attested in all pages of FA Marks list (PDF Confirmed list).
4. The process of Feeding of FA Marks is a sensitive issue utmost care should be taken before CONFIRMED the PDF List.
5. Verify whether the Deputy Educational Officer / Mandal Educational Officer had approved the list.
Therefore, I request you to make necessary arrangement to issue above instructions to all the Headmasters / Principals of concerned District to upload the Internal Marks (FA marks) Of Regular, OSSC candidates and SSC Vocational Practical Marks in the above given schedule.
