half day schools will be commenced from 15th March 2023

All the Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are hereby informed that half day schools will be commenced from 15th March onwards till last working day i.e. 24.04.2023 of the academic year 2022-23.

 The schools i.e. Primary, Upper Primary and High Schools under all managements i.e. Govt., Govt. Aided and Private Management shall function from 8:00 A.M. to 12:30 P.M. and Mid-Day Meals shall be provided at 12:30 P.M.

 The special classes shall continue for preparing Class X students for the SSC Public Examination, April 2023. The schools which have SSC Examination Centres shall function from 1.00 P.M to 5.00 P.M.

Suggestive Timetable for Half day Schools.

From 15th March to 24th April 2023.

08:00 AM to 12:30 PM.

08:00 to 08:10 Prayer

08:10 to 08:50 1st Paper 

08:50 to 09:30 2nd Paper 

09:30 to 10:10 3rd Paper 

10:10 to 10:50 4th Paper 

10:50 to 11:00 Interval 

11:00 to 11:30 5th Paper

11:30 to 12:00 6th Paper 

12:00 to 12:30 7th Paper 

12:30 MDM.
