TSPSC Group-1 Prelims Exam has been cancelled due to paper leakage which is announced by Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) through a cancellation notice on 17th March 2023. Now the TSPSC Group 1 prelims exam will be conducted on 11th June 2023 and TSPSC Group 1 Mains Exam is postponed.

The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) is going to conduct the Group-1 Exams on 16th October 2022. More than 3,40,000 Candidates have applied for Group 1 Recruitment Exam and are waiting eagerly for their Exam Date. ANNOUNCEMENT OF DATES FOR GROUP-I PRELIMS
TSPSC has received a massive 3,80,202 applications for Group-I Service
recruitment (Notification No.04/2022) and the Commission in its meeting held on
14/06/2022 has discussed the various probable dates for conduct of preliminary
exam.
It is convention that the recruitment tests will be held at various centers on
Sundays so as to avoid disturbance for the regular classes/activities of the academic
institutions on account of Government examination.
Number of representations have been received from various aspirants requesting
to provide adequate time for studying since the Group-I exam is being held after a
long time. Commission initially contemplated to hold the prelims in the month of
July/August but due to representations from candidates, Commission reviewed all
the available dates and after thoroughly considering all the aspects and with a view
to accommodate all the candidates who are writing competitive exams at the State
level viz,. TS Police Recruitment Board and national level exams viz., UPSC, IBPS, RRB
etc Commission has decided to conduct the Group-I Prelims exam on 16th
October, 2022 at all District Centers.

Further the Main Exam is likely to be held in the month of January /February, 2023
