ACADEMIC CALENDAR FOR 2023-24

( For classes I to X ) 

1. SCHEDULE OF ACTIVITIES 

📌Date of reopening of schools after summer vacation : 12.06.2023

📌The last working day for the academic year 2023-24 : 23.04.2024 ( 229 working days ) 

📌 Summer vacation : 24.04.2024 to 11.06.2024 .

📌Syllabus distribution for A.Y. 2023-24

 📌 The syllabus for all subjects for class X shall be completed by 10.01.2024 and conduct revision classes and pre - final exams before commencement of SSC Board Examination . 

📌 Syllabus for classes I to IX shall be completed by 29.02.2023 . 

📌The revision and remedial teaching and preparation for SA2 exam will be during the month of March , 2024.   Yoga and Meditation are to be conducted daily in school Assembly or after Assembly in the class room . 5 minutes shall be allocated for this activity .

2. EXAMINATION SCHEDULE

👉 Formative Assessment ( FA ) -2 : By 31.09.2022

 👉Summative Assessment ( SA ) -1 : 05.10.2023 to 11.10.2023

👉 Formative Assessment ( FA ) -3 : By 14.12.2022

 👉Formative Assessment ( FA ) -4 : By 29.01.2024 for class X 29.02.2024 for classes I to IX

👉Summative Assessment ( SA ) -2 : 08.04.2024 to 18.04.2024 [ classes I to IX ] 

Pre - final for class X  : Before 28.02.2023

👉SSC Board Examinations: March , 2024

3. SHORT TERM HOLIDAYS

👉 Holidays Dassara vacation : 13.10.2023 to 25.10.2023 ( 14 days ) 

👉vacation for Missionary Schools : 22.12.2023 to 26.12.2022 ( 5 days ) 

👉 Sankranthi vacation other than Missionary Schools : 13.01.2024 to 17.01.2024 ( 5 days )
