Jio discount vouchers of ₹50 gets automatically applied to your transaction at the payment mode while recharging using the myJio app i.e. you need not select any vouchers manually for transaction.
The problem seems to be that you are not doing the correct recharge. As per Jio, these discount vouchers are applicable for recharges greater than ₹300 & booster packs greater than ₹90.
So if you do recharges of value less than ₹300 (say a recharge of ₹149) then these discount vouchers will not be activated
YES……. you can use your vouchers to recharge other Jio mobile number…
but here you can't use them directly, but you have to use one trick.
so to recharge other jio mobile number using your vouchers you have to follow some steps…
1). Go to My jio app…
2). Then go to My Vouchers in which click on the option' Buy'
3). After clicking on desired plan, click on proceed…
4). You can see that 50 Rupees Voucher has been applied then go ahead and make the payment…
5). After purchasing the plan, again go to My Vouchers and click on TRANSFER…
6). After that type the other Jio Mobile number which you wish to recharge and confirm the transfer…
7). After that go to the My Jio app on other phone and Redeem the Voucher recieved from previous account…
8). Hence you have recharged your other mobile Number with the help of your Jio Vouchers…
