The School Education Department of Telangana has observed a serious concern:
✅ Teaching and Non-teaching staff in several districts are travelling abroad without obtaining prior No Objection Certificates (NOCs).
✅ District Educational Officers (DEOs) are forwarding proposals after staff have already begun their journeys.
🛑 Key Guidelines Issued:
1. All DEOs must ensure NOC proposals are submitted in advance.
2. Proposals should be submitted at least 2 weeks before the intended travel date.
3. Proposals sent after travel commencement will not be accepted.
4. Strict disciplinary action will be taken against violations, under CCA Rules, 1991.

Ensure teaching and non-teaching staff obtain NOCs prior to travel.
Forward NOC proposals well in advance to the Director’s office.
