Have you applied for a new ration card.. but check if your name is in the list.  For this, the official website of the Food Department has been made available.  Every person sitting at home can know about the new ration card through his mobile or computer.  But many people don't know the process of checking name in online list.  Let's find out how to check it

How to check who got new ration card?

 1. First Open Ration Card Official Website.  Search for this by typing nfsa.gov.in in google search box.

 2. Next you will see a selection of different services on the screen.  Here select the Ration Cards option in the menu.  Then select Ration Card Details on State Portals option.

3. Then the list of all states will appear on the screen.  Here you need to search for your state name.

 4. Then the names of all the districts of the state will appear.  In this you have to select your district name.

 5. Then a list of all the blocks in that district will appear.  Here you need to find your block name and select it.

6. Then the list of all gram panchayats in that block will open.  Here you have to select your panchayat name.

 7. Next, the name of the ration shop operating in your selected panchayat, type of ration card will appear on the screen.  Select the ration card type here.

 8. As soon as you select the ration card type, the list of all ration card beneficiaries will appear on the screen.  Here the details like ration card number, holder name, father/husband name, unit number etc.  Here you can find out who has got a new ration card.
