The attention of all the District Educational Officers in the State is invited to the references read above and they are informed that as per the the Academic Calendar communicated vide reference 3rd cited ,
the Summative Assessment ( SA ) -II for classes I to IX is scheduled from 07.04.2022 to 18.04.2022 .
Further , the Government accorded permission vide reference 4th cited to follow the syllabus as was prescribed in the previous academic year 2020-21 for the current academic year , i.e. 2021-22 .
The scheduled timetable is furnished in the Table below :
In this context , the District Educational Officers of all the districts in the State are requested to conduct the Summative Assessment ( SA ) -II Examinations in their respective districts as per the time table and syllabus approved by the Government .
The schedule for the valuation , recording results , declaring results etc. is as follows
1 -Answer Scripts to children , 20.04.2022
2- Recording Results in Cumulative Records 21.04.2022
3-Declaring the Results and Parent Teacher Meeting 23.04.2022
